Core Workout at Home 10.16.17

This week’s core workout will be really focusing on our abs more than other muscles making up the core. And we aren’t doing a SINGLE crunch or sit-up.

But you also won’t have to get up off your mat.

Ready?? Bodyweight only. Park it on the floor somewhere and do this with me!


  1. Windshield wipers x20
  2. Reach and pull x10 R&L
  3. Plank step-outs x20
  4. Vertical scissors x4, Horizontal scissors x4, x10
  5. Bottoms up x10
