Sometimes it’s just been too many weeks since your last encounter with Chipotle. Other times it’s a birthday party where ten people are eating cake while you sip on your black coffee.

But when you’ve got a goal in mind and you’re determined to stay on track, what can you do to alleviate those pangs of I-Want-Junkfood?
