Announcing my first blog post series, Hot for the Holidays!!
Hello lovelies! I’m super excited about this string of posts I have planned for the next few weeks! The holidays are usually when you get to see friends and family that you may not see during the rest of the year, and it is undeniably a time that people like to strut their stuff. We decorate our houses, get our hair and nails done, buy a new lipstick, go broke buying gifts, and clean our homes the way we do only when other people are present to judge us. (This year we seriously cleaned out the inside of our fridge.)
So, in keeping with my purpose of looking good AND feeling good, I’ve put together a post series that will cover how to enjoy your holiday treats without feeling lousy about it. The primary topics will cover exercising motivation, maintaining a clean base diet (so you don’t want to kill yourself every time you eat a piece of fudge), and some primping tips that hopefully will have you feeling hot and confident when people start inevitably snapping pictures.
